Rita Tsoukaris began her real estate career in 1990. Two years later, she became a top producing Century 21 agent, ranking #1 in Suffolk County. In September 2006, Rita launched RE/MAX Integrity Leaders in Centereach as lead broker and owner.
Rita’s passion for helping people achieve their home ownership dreams furthered her success through the years, earning her team the number one spot with RE/MAX for Long Island homes for sale from 2015 through 2022.
Rita is a familiar face in the community with active involvement in diverse programs and events including the Middle Country Educational Foundation, the Selden and Centereach Civic Associations, local PTA and school events. Every year, she awards two deserving local high school students with the Rita Tsoukaris Scholarship of $1,000.
Rita and her team prepare dinner baskets for Thanksgiving and give Christmas gifts to adopted local families. For every home bought and/or sold, Team Rita is proud to donate to the local Children’s Medical Center here on Long Island in honor of their clients. The team has donated over $85,000 to date.
Rita feels fortunate and blessed to have an amazing group of Team agents by her side. In March of 2018, Rita sold her office to focus on serving clients, earning client referrals, and growing her team. Team Rita closed out last year with over 200 homes sold in 2022.
On May 25th, 2023, Rita & her Team Joined Realty Connect USA. Rita’s previous location at 1315 Middle Country Road in the shopping center with Mangiamo Italian Market & Deli became Realty Connect USA’s 18th office. Rita stays true to the same focus on client service since the start of her career. Her determination to win clients for life has earned her team trust among clients who consistently refer family and friends and she is forever grateful for that.
