Bought a Single Family home in 2020 in Selden, NY.

Shannon was amazing and it is because of her that I had a happy holiday instead of a truly sad one. I used the same mortgage company that I had for my previous home, but unfortunately this time I wound up with the mortgage broker from hell. He kept making errors which kept us from closing on our home in July 2020 like we were on target for. Shannon stayed on top of everything and kept making sure that all his errors were resolved. Because of Shannon we finally closed in September 2020. Without Shannon I most probably wouldn't have closed until some time in 2021. Shannon went above and beyond in making sure that we were able to purchase our home and I am so grateful to her. She is very professional, knowledgeable and truly caring. I plan on staying in touch with Shannon as she helped to keep me sane during the whole process.
