Bought a Single Family home in 2017 in Holbrook, NY.

I found Nancy through a close friend and she helped us find and navigate our first real estate purchase. We closed and moved into my new house after a few months of search and am absolutely thrilled – I cannot recommend Nancy highly enough! Nancy was patient, highly knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in. She knew the ins-and-outs of buying homes, and was incredibly flexible and accommodating in scheduling viewings because my fiancé and I have busy schedules. We went on perhaps a half dozen treks all across the town we were looking in and she was terrific about this. She was patient with us and pointing us in a good direction with lenders, helping set realistic expectations throughout the process, and basically guided me through every step of the way. Going through the first home-buying process by myself, I felt tremendously grateful for this guidance. She was professional and responded quickly whether by email or text. Also important to me was the fact that she put absolutely no pressure on us and provided information in an even-handed, non-judgmental, manner, and was unphased by several course-changes in what I was looking for. Moreover, she is highly attentive to detail, so much so that on several occasions she would point out things not many people would notice. Bottom line – I can't imagine having a more positive experience and recommend her without reservation to anyone looking to buy in this stressful market. Thanks Nancy
