Bought a Condo home in 2019 in Port Jefferson Station, NY.

I was looking for a Co Op for my daughter. I saw a listing on line in Port Jeff Station. I filled out the on line information and then I was contacted by Shannon. She was able to get us in to see the Co op right away. Shannon was extremely knowledgeable about the Stony Holllow complex. Shannon spent a lot of time with us answering our questions and talking to a few of the residents with us. This particular apartment ended up being too small, but a few days later I saw another one that just got listed in the same development. I contacted Shannon and she got us in to see it right away. We were the first people to see the apartment. And my daughter purchased it. Again Shannon took a lot of time with us talking about the complex. Shannon also helped us with the Co op forms and contacting management when there were questions. Shannon also recommended a mortgage person who had a great program with no closing costs and a great rate. Shannon was extremely friendly and made the process very smooth.
