Bought a Condo home in 2020 in Ronkonkoma, NY.

My spouse and I had a wonderful experience working with Rita. Purchasing a home is no easy process and we were both nervous about what to expect. Rita was patient with us viewing many homes over the course of many months and never made us feel pressured. My spouse has an erratic work schedule and thankfully, Rita was very flexible in her availability as well. She does a lot of research before showing you a home and has comps at the ready. She helped guide us to find what we wanted within our budget. Throughout the entire process, Rita was responsive to answer our questions by text and phone, and was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and calming. She explained how each step would work and then provided us with updates on where we were in the process. We are so grateful to have had her experience and knowledge; we found a fabulous forever home! We definitely recommend Rita and her team and wish we could give them 6 stars!
