Bought a Single Family home in 2015 in Selden, NY.

We closed on our home on 12/31/15, the best New Year's gift you can ask for!! We've been though a decent amount of real estate agents in the surrounding areas and NOBODY comes close to Team Rita. We worked closely with Rita's associate Pia Cento. She is excellent. She is knowledgeable, courteous, quick to reply to all your questions and concerns. We hit a few rough times with the home and previous owners, but Pia handled everything like a PRO!! Thank you for everything. My family and I could not be happier :)
