Bought a Single Family home in 2017 in Selden, NY.

Nancy Graziano is a fantastic real estate agent! I would highly recommend her as she is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. She expertly led us through the process of finding and buying a home within the specifications we were looking (location, style, space, price, etc.) navigating us straight through the closing. She knows her stuff! The first night I stopped by her office unannounced, she was able to show me a house I requested to see within an hour of my request and it was a Friday night. After the next visit, with my consent, she sent me ten houses that night that fit the description/location I was searching, including the home I ended up purchasing. Nancy was easy to reach by phone, text, and email at all hours of the day and night, seven days a week. She was flexible in her schedule - able to show us houses all hours of the day and night, weekdays and weekends. She stayed on top of deadlines and kept in close contact with us. She was an expert on the area I was searching in and attended open houses with us and arranged private visits for us. She never pressured us about buying any of the houses and was able to educate us on the ins and outs of what to look for while house hunting. Nancy was also able to effectively navigate the many characters and personalities within my family and friends, encouraging everyone to visit the houses multiple times while we narrowed it down while answering everyone's questions and concerns. If she didn't know an answer, she found out and got back to us quickly. She's got a great sense of humor and was flexible in tailoring the search as we figured out our priorities. It truly makes Nancy happy to match people with the right home. Even after the closing she has still been great with recommending services, at my request, in helping to turn the house into our home.
