I needed a home appraisal done about 10 years ago and Rita came and gave it to me. Come forward to the present and I once again was in need of a home appraisal. Rita not only said she would do it again (At no charge!) but she came and looked and got me the appraisal within a couple of days. I am blown away by her professionalism and her very pleasant personality. Other real estate people could learn a lot from her in my opinion.
