We listed with Rita after we met her and had a lengthy conversation about our concerns and excitement in selling our home. Rita guided us through what a realistic listing price would be for our home in our neighborhood it was fair and honest. After it went on mls the first weekend Rita and her team set up appropriately timed appointments with us to show the house and after the first few showings she would call and give us an update and within the first weekend we had our offer. Rita and her great team worked with the buyers realtor to set up inspection appt and etc...and even when there was a hiccup or 2 along the way they were deligent in helping us resolve the issues and we are grateful for all the time and effort they put in for us.
