Sold a Single Family home in 2015 in Centereach, NY.

My sister and i met with 3 realtors. After meeting Rita we new she was the one for us. She new the area, addressed our concerns and mostly new what our parents house meant to us and that we wanted it to go to a good family to enjoy many years there as we did. We listed our house on 9/8/15 and on 10/15/15 we had signed contracts. I told Rita i would love to close before the Holidays and we closed the day before Thanksgiving.
