Sold a Single Family home in 2018 in Centereach, NY.

Team Rita (Tsoukaris) took over a failed listing from another broker. While it took 5 months to sell, we finally went to contract in November 2018. It was a unique property and took some creativity to sell including a one-off sign that showed the front elevation of the home as it faces away from the travelled road and was not getting proper traction. Rita also enlisted assistance from Maryann Ferchland and Pia Centro who had given showings and hosted open houses.
