Sold a Single Family home in 2020 in Centereach, NY.

Team Rita was Excellent! I prepared my parents home for sale with Rita. She was very helpful with suggestions to get the best price in today's market. Unfortunately the week we were going to list, COVID-19 shut everything down. Rita remained in contact with me the entire time and worked to get my home on the market via virtual tour. One day after the tour went online the the market allowed for people to view the home in person. Two days a later offers came in and one of them I accepted.
