Sold a Single Family home in 2020 in Coram, NY.

Rita was very patient dealing with our elderly parents as they were selling their home that they lived in for 50 years. She helped them to understand the process of selling and pricing their home as they made the transition to move to Texas near their children. Most of this process was dealt with long distance. Rita was a gem in checking on the house during the winter and running Open Houses to promote a quick sale. We went through 2 contracts and Rita and her team followed through and communicated with us constantly when the first buyer's funding was denied at the last minute. She was diligent in getting the house back on the market and was quick to attract our next buyer who had their own issues when COVID 19 struck with getting paperwork filed in a timely manner. Rita and her team were in constant communication with us as to where we were in the process. We finally closed the deal and could not be more pleased with the dedication and professionalism that Rita showed us through the entire process from contract to closing.
